You get to determine the frequency and duration of your therapy journey, although I can help you decide what may work best based on your goals.
Yes! Online therapy and phone therapy can be just as effective as in-person sessions for most people. It’s flexible, accessible, and allows you to be in your own environment—which can make it easier to open up.
