If you're here, chances are you're carrying a lot.
Maybe you're successful on paper but constantly overthinking. Maybe you're juggling work, relationships, family responsibilities, and everyone's expectations while quietly feeling overwhelmed yourself. Or maybe you're simply tired of trying so hard and wondering why things still feel so difficult.
I work with adults throughout California who are ready to stop surviving and start feeling more grounded, confident, and connected to themselves. Many of my clients are high-achieving women, helping professionals, healthcare workers, students, and people navigating anxiety, perfectionism, burnout, life transitions, or relationship challenges.
My approach to therapy is warm, practical, and collaborative. I don't believe therapy should feel intimidating or clinical. Instead, I strive to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are—without judgment, pressure, or the need to have everything figured out.
Together, we'll explore the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, identify what's getting in the way of the life you want, and develop tools that help you move forward with greater clarity and confidence. I draw from evidence-based approaches including Brainspotting, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness practices, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused therapy. Every treatment plan is tailored to your unique goals and needs.
One of the things I value most about therapy is that meaningful change doesn't have to happen all at once. Small shifts in awareness, perspective, and behavior can create powerful momentum over time. My role is to help you identify those opportunities for growth while providing support and accountability along the way.
I earned my Master of Social Work degree from California State University, Sacramento and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Substance Use Disorder Certified Counselor (SUDCC). I provide virtual therapy throughout California via secure video sessions and offer a complimentary consultation to help determine whether we're a good fit.
You don't have to keep carrying everything on your own.
I'd be honored to support you in taking the next step.
