My name is Rikki, and I am a creative and mindful therapist who truly values authentic connection and meeting people where they are. 


I provide individual therapy for women navigating stress, anxiety, life transitions, self-doubt, overthinking, and everything in between. I work with anyone who is ready to grow, find balance, and feel more like themselves.
